(More customer reviews)I highly recommend this clamp. It's stronger than the Gatco, and is probably easier to install. I ordered three of these to replace all the holders in my house. The holders I ordered (and also highly recommend!) are the Franklin Brass 9097SN Toilet Paper Holder with Beveled Edges, Recessed, Satin Nickel. They are of high quality and are easy to install with the Futura clamps.
A couple tips:
1) When uninstalling the original in-wall holder, try not to unscrew it all the way. If you do, everything will drop into your wall. If you go most of the way, you should be able to wiggle all the hardware out.
2) Start the two screws into the clamp before attempting to install the new one. Then ease the clamp into the hole and align the holder. Finally, screw it all the way in.

(More customer reviews)I ordered this handle to replace the standard chrome that builders put on toilets. I have the brushed nickel faucet and light fixture int he bathroom. This product is made very well and is packaged very well. I was quite impressed. This seller also packaged the box well for shipment.
The only thing I didn't take into consideration was that this lever sticks out more than the flatter, cheaper standard chrome handle that was originally installed on this toilet. So when the toilet seat cover or the seat itself is upright, the seat cover rests against the toilet handle, not the tank cover itself. I decided that I would live with this slight issue because the look is very nice.
The seller offered to let me return it when I mentioned it to this person, so this seller is very resonsive to their customers. But I decided to keep it as it is installed.

Decolav 9296-SN Grid Drain without Overflow, Satin Nickel Review

(More customer reviews)The Decolav grid is a nice looking grid that is well built. Bought two brushed nickel finish and installed it onto two vessel sinks without overflow. The drain is a good price online. Other drains in stores typically cost $50 to $80. The drain has a longer threaded tube than most others. This is very useful for those people like me who are mounting over the counter vessel sinks, with mounting ring on top of a 1.5inch or more granite counter. The nut at the bottom has plenty of thread to screw and lock into.
The downside is that the drain holes do not drain well (on both drains). Water typically starts collecting in the sink and slowly rises. I believe that this has to do with the shape of the drain holes, size and air bubbles that get trapped underneath preventing water from draining. The Kohler drain has tear drop shaped holes on a surface that is mound like and has been reported to drain very well. Also, other drains with circular holes do a better job than this decolav for draining. We have two others in another bathroom. It might work for those who have the faucet stream fall right on top of the drain and perhaps break-up the trapped bubbles. Hope this helps those that are potential buyers.

When ordering the Decolav 1430 Bathroom Sink, a suggested part for the sink was this umbrella drain. THIS PART DOES NOT FIT THE 1430 AT ALL. Don't get fooled into buying this if you don't need it. Remember, when ordering sinks with standard openings, you can always get the hardware at a local store.

I ordered it because the faucet description offered for the vessel faucet I ordered from Amazon did not mention that it included a drain. So, I was forced to return this drain to Amazon. They charged me with the shipping (both ways) since they felt that this was not their fault. Caveat emptor.

The quality is excellent and the oil rubbed bronze finish works beautifully with our other ORB products that are being used in the same bathroom. All parts(appropriate screws,mounting plate,instructions)were included. Highly recommend this product,price was very affordable considering the quality of the product. Only drawback was you get a plastic spindle, but I replaced it with a high quality metal one available through Gatco for $8.00.

Sure enough, the toilet tank lever was made of plastic and lasted only a couple of months. Found the Danco unit on-line, made of chrome and brass, and figured it would make it another 41 years. Good-bye plastic, hello chrome and brass. I am a 78 year old woman and was able to install it myself. I am really happy with the unit.
