(More customer reviews)Ordered this for a 38" Neo-Angle shower to replace a standard shower arm. The old showerhead would spray out the door so I wanted a right angle shower arm. I worried that the 12" length would be too long to stick out from the wall but it is just about perfect. Kit comes complete with the shower arm flange and a roll of teflon tape that is more than enough for both ends of the arm. Very nice packaging and finish.

Actually it's closer to the pinkish side than red, and the color is noticeably different when near other "oil rubbed bronze" accessories such as door knobs and faucets other than Danze products. Danze faucets have a superior feel to them for the most part, but this product has a light weight feel (obviously not brass). They are reasonable in price, and you get what you pay for with these, an inexpensive product that doesn't fit well with other accessories with oil rubbed finish. I returned this and a towel bar for a quick refund.

(More customer reviews)The item is very beautiful, but I found a couple of thing a little disappointing. The diameter of the ring is too big (about 8-9 inches). Secondly, the ring itself appears to be a little weak. I'm not sure how long it will last. I expect it to be fine given that you don't put too much weight on it. A large towel holds fine with no evident sign of weakness.
On the plus side, the chrome finish is beautiful and the base that attaches to the wall is very sturdy. For the price, I'm very happy with it. I bought two and I'm sure I'll be installing the second one very soon.

(More customer reviews)The two stars are for the design. For a modern kitchen, you can't beat the design and the look of the water as it cascades into your sink. Warning...this faucet does not have an aerator so it continuosly splashes all over my counters. I have a fairly deep sink but still, instead of cleaning up after cleaning up I have started placing towels around the sink to catch the splash. I would love to replace this expensive beauty but my new counters have holes drilled for the faucet sprayer combination and I am finding it hard to find a replacement I like that isn't Danze. The sprayer is heavy and solid but the sleve that it slips into on the counter is already pealing metal splinters and I have cut myself on more than on occasion. Customer service was just so-so saying that there was not an aerator for this model (so basicaly, I would just have to put up with the splash). So, if you're a fool for design like I am, go for it. I loved it for almost two years but there comes a point where function and design should be on a closer level.

(More customer reviews)I ordered this handle to replace the standard chrome that builders put on toilets. I have the brushed nickel faucet and light fixture int he bathroom. This product is made very well and is packaged very well. I was quite impressed. This seller also packaged the box well for shipment.
The only thing I didn't take into consideration was that this lever sticks out more than the flatter, cheaper standard chrome handle that was originally installed on this toilet. So when the toilet seat cover or the seat itself is upright, the seat cover rests against the toilet handle, not the tank cover itself. I decided that I would live with this slight issue because the look is very nice.
The seller offered to let me return it when I mentioned it to this person, so this seller is very resonsive to their customers. But I decided to keep it as it is installed.

(More customer reviews)I bought the Danze Opulence faucet and shower head setup for my remodeled bathroom a few years back. I bought it because I really wanted a single-handle faucet with a bronze finish for both the shower and sink and because the price was better than other maker's. I'd give anything now, though, if I'd been willing to pay more. First the cartridge in the shower went. I'd literally get blasted with cold water 3 times during a shower (I have a tankless hot water heater and the hot water would shut off, the pipe would drain and brrr--I'd have to completely turn off the water to get the hot water back).
Then, the finish on the sink faucet started to go. First the handle, then the aerator, then the sink plug. Danze has kindly sent me replacement parts for each (except the aerator, which has been on back order for over 6 months), but now I have three different colors due to variations in the finish. Not great. I wish I hadn't bothered.
And the shower... Well, the original store where I bought it was kind enough to give me a replacement cartridge even though they don't sell parts. Except, when I got home, I realized, I didn't have the o-rings that go with it. I had to go to two stores to try and find ones that would fit--none would. My neighbor kindly glued the closest match in place and the cartridge worked for 6 whole months. Now, I'm right back to getting blasted with cold water 2 to 3 times each shower. (Note that all other faucets in the house, including the basement shower, work fine).
I'm now stuck between replacing the cartridge every 6 months (not an easy project, as I deal with repeated leaking problems with each attempt) or ripping the tile out and starting over.
My recommendation, steer clear of this manufacturer.

I picked this faucet because of its clean lines and form. unlike a lot of other faucets without too much decoration or embelishment, it's not too modern looking so that it matches my decor better.
My only complaints is that the water pressure is a little lower then I would like and that the sprayer hose is nylon and not stainless (but Danze is not the only manufacturer that does this, many other $400+ faucets that I have put in from Hansghroe also uses the nylon hose)

The only thing about this unit that disappoints is the threaded plastic connector that attaches the shower head to the water line. When dropped at a particular angle it shears off requiring the whole head unit be replaced (which is probably why you're reading this rather than the entry for the complete set). Otherwise I love the unit.

(More customer reviews)I bought a pair of these to replace some very old dual translucent knob faucets. They were forty dollars each as part of an Amazon gold box deal.
The installation was straight forward and took about 30 minutes each (most of the time spent removing the old faucets.) The drain piece which comes with them only has a screen over the top - there is no plunger to stop up the drain if you want to fill the sink. The single handle moves smoothly and is guided to the center when you turn off the faucet.
For the gold box price, they serve the purpose, look nice, and clean up easily (my kids tend to get toothpaste all over them.)

(More customer reviews)I bought the Danze Sirius shower arm for the aesthetic appearance of it. What should have been a fifteen minute install amounted to several hours and over $20 in experimentation. Under it's own weight the two o-rings on the adapter failed to create a proper seal resulting in water pouring out the flange. Danze would do well to start including different length spacers to seal the gap between the adapter and the inside of the shower arm. It's a shame such an elegant design has such a blatant design flaw. I won't be buying Danze again.
