(More customer reviews)I've used all sorts of brands of faucets over the years in my homes and GROHE is definitely a premium brand. They don't make any cheap items. The action is really smooth. The water temperature adjustments are perfect. It is a smooth curve and transition from hot to cold or vise versa and is directly relational to the handle position. One note for installation is that the cartridge is not reversible, so make sure the hot and cold lines are hooked up correctly the first time. This of course is a minor thing. I would much rather have its silky smooth operation than the connivence of a reversible cartridge which really is a one time event anyhow that is easily remedied. Just take the extra two seconds required to identify the hot and cold lines first! Beautiful finish in satin nickel. Heavy construction. Well made and designed. What can I say. I really love this faucet.

(More customer reviews)The faucet looks nice, but comes with non-standard hoses that don't match any standard US plumbing fittings so I have no way to connect to my water lines. Tried contacting seller. After saying they could supply correct fittings, they now say they are unavailable. Seller is unable to even tell me what fittings come with the faucet so I could at least try to find an adapter. No luck at several local plumbing outlets. Basically wasted my money.
As with previous comment - got absolutely no paperwork and no product information (no idea what brand, part# etc. so again no way to try to figure out an adapter...)
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

It does seem to be a bit larger then a normal round or oval sink, so you do need a faucet on the medium to larger end to look appropriate to scale.

The plumber did an on-site fix, which we hope will last. On the good side, the faucet is absolutely stunning with our teak (yup, teak!) sink.

(More customer reviews)The faucet provides just the look at wanted at a reasonable price. It feels heavy and well made. The only question in my mind is that there are a few drips right after turning off the water. It does stop completely in a second or two and may just be the results of water in the long faucet spout dripping out. I just hope it doesn't mean that the "guts" of the faucet are not manufactured within specs.
Because of our application, we had to mount the handle pointing up rather than down. The design allowed us to do this and it looks fine.

Danze D221016BN Opulence Single-Handle Centerset Faucet, Brushed Nickel Review

(More customer reviews)I just received this faucet and was surprised that the color as depicted in the picture was quite different from the actual product. I was expecting the typical oil-rubbed bronze color (very dark brown) which would match my other accessories, however this Danze oil-rubbed bronze is closer to what I would call an antique copper. It has very obvious rosy highlights. Fine if thats what you like, but it will not match other oil-rubbed bronze accessories. I have not installed it yet as I will likely exchange it for the black finish. The faucet otherwise seems well made, but as another reviewer mentioned, be sure you have enough clearance for the stopper lever which angles back toward the backsplash when you engage it. I questioned the manufacturer about the clearance needed, they didn't know and have not yet gotten back to me about this.

(More customer reviews)We've had this for about 2 months and it's hard to keep clean. In fact, the edge where the water comes out of the faucet has a permanent buildup of something so it almost looks chipped.
This may all be because we have well water, but we can't be the only ones out there with well water. ;)
I worry about what products to clean it with, as well. It seems like it needs an abrasive cleaner but I worry it's going to take the finish off.

It was beautiful upon first glance, but on closer inspection I noticed multiple nicks and scrapes. I overlooked them and tried to have it installed. Well there were intregral parts missing and I got nothing but the run around from Best Choice Products. After a full week of "negotiations," I finally got the parts I needed and installed it. After a few months, I noticed the brushed nickel finish was starting to wear off and discolor. If I had it to do over again I would have never purchased this item. Needless to say I'm truly disappointed.
