(More customer reviews)I just received this faucet and was surprised that the color as depicted in the picture was quite different from the actual product. I was expecting the typical oil-rubbed bronze color (very dark brown) which would match my other accessories, however this Danze oil-rubbed bronze is closer to what I would call an antique copper. It has very obvious rosy highlights. Fine if thats what you like, but it will not match other oil-rubbed bronze accessories. I have not installed it yet as I will likely exchange it for the black finish. The faucet otherwise seems well made, but as another reviewer mentioned, be sure you have enough clearance for the stopper lever which angles back toward the backsplash when you engage it. I questioned the manufacturer about the clearance needed, they didn't know and have not yet gotten back to me about this.

(More customer reviews)What we are looking at is an RV lavatory faucet with an exposed diverter on top for a shower hose. This type of application is typical in an RV wet bathroom situation where due to limited space, the shower, toilet and lavatory sink are all in the shower stall. Everything gets wet, therefore it is called a wet bathroom. The diverter handle and hose connections on top of this faucet are not sealed from the interior of the cosmetic chrome plastic housing. There is a 1/16" gap around the pipe for the hose and a 1/8" gap around the diverter handle. Water enters very easy from above and has no way to exit except through the faucet supply connection area in your dry void spaces in your RV where water must never be. The faucet has to go back to engineering to make a functional product. I don't know how the faucet got a UPC plumbing certification. It is a mold environment waiting to happen in areas not accessable. The product would create more problems than what it was worth. It wasn't worth sending it back for a partial refund. I ended up putting it in my useless parts pile and reworking the plumbing in the RV to accommodate a separate shower faucet and a lavatory faucet. Both are sealed from the dry side of the installation like they are supposed to be; just like your house.

When we first received it and opened the box, as much as we liked the look of it, we thought it looked kind of large for our small bathroom and hesitated to install it. But it was so nicely made we decided to go ahead and my husband installed it without any problems. Once it was in we thought it looked even better than we imagined and it works great. The single handle is smooth and easy to use. Nothing drips. It comes with a nice shiny deck plate to cover any existing sink holes if needed, which we used. Overall, the price was very reasonable and we are very pleased with it.

The measurements are an inch to two inches smaller than reported. If you have a shorter vessel sink or regular sink it would work perfectly but we needed at least 6.5" high spigot and it is actually just over 5". :-( For the price I was so excited to find a beautiful faucet at a nice price but it just is too small for my sink.
