(More customer reviews)I've been happy with the other Price Pfister products I bought when I renovated my house, but stay away from the towel hooks! After a month or so of regular use, the poorly designed connection between the hook and the part that sticks out of the wall loosens and comes apart. You have to put it back together with a teeny-tiny screwdriver (don't lose the teeny tiny headless screw!), and you've got this chore to look forward to again in another month.

We found with bathroom hardware you get what you pay for so we were happy to pay a little more to get something durable and attractive. (More customer reviews)This towel bar consist of a pinkish red color much closer to the color of copper than oil rubbed bronze. In reality closer to the pinkish than red, and the color is noticeably different when near other "oil rubbed bronze" accessories such as door knobs and faucets other than Danze products. Danze faucets have a superior feel to them for the most part, but this product has a light weight feel (obviously not brass). They are reasonable in price, and you get what you pay for with these, an inexpensive product that doesn't fit well with other accessories with oil rubbed finish.

I have hung my heavy terry cloth robe, jeans with full pockets with no problems. When was the last time you got a comment on a hook. I did. My two hooks were noticed immediately by my sister. She immediately ordered two for herself. These hooks are so beautiful it is ashamed that they have to go behind a door. Installation took less than 10 min. The hooks arrived in flawless condition and very quick. Highly reccommend.

Not only does it increase the value in your home, it adds high quality products you would have to pay an arm and leg to get installed. The instructions included a tape measure to ensure correct placement, the installation was a breeze, and just like the toilet paper holder, the bracket mounting and the small screw, that will require an eyeglass or such flathead to untighten and tighten. I am really excited with the look of my bathroom now, thanks alot Amazon and Moen!!!!!

Delta 79025-SS 24-Inch Double Towel Bar, Stainless Steel Review

(More customer reviews)In a word? LAME. (I have other words I could use, but they are not repeatable in polite company.)
We had this towel bar professionally installed by a skilled and reputable veteran contractor as part of a December 2010 bathroom remodel...and both this and the matching toilet-paper holder were wobbling within six weeks. On top of that frustration, the set screws that hold the whole thing together stripped when I tried to re-tighten the bars, using the 5/64" Allen wrench you need the vision of a red-tailed hawk to use properly. Can't get the screws out now.
The only reason this isn't a one-star review is that it does look nice. Can't actually hang towels on the towel bar, which if you ask me rather defeats the purpose of a towel bar, but what do I know? I'm not the management genius at Delta who decided they could save .0001 cent per unit by making it cheaply.
Delta, you've got my wife mad at me, and I didn't even pick out this stupid towel bar. Being a guy, I throw towels on the floor - and so, were it up to me I would have skipped the towel bar altogether, but my wife has this weird thing about maintaining a minimum level of basic sanitation, so here we are with this farkakte towel bar. Which is now somehow MY fault. Thanks ever so much for that, Delta.
Never mind what I said about not making this a one-star review. Can I give this product less than one star?

These are solid and hold up well. For a solid installation you may want to use Toggler snap toggles (my favorite) or alligator toggles so they dont rip out of the wall.
