It's a towel bar.
The construction is very cheap, but it works. For the price, I wasn't impressed nor disappointed with the quality.
It does its intended job at a very reasonable price. What more can I say?Bottom line-
Quality is pretty poor, but it does the job at a great price.

(More customer reviews)NOTE: The three stars are not because the product is faulty or poor quality. Please read further. My bathroom hardware is all from the Moen Sage line, and it's very nice, and of good quality. I now need a third towel bar, with no room for one, so I bought this instead to use with the other single bar. If my towels were thin it would work great, but as it is there's not enough space between the bars, so the towels never dry all the way. I could be wrong, but I think most people use fairly thick towels now, and Moen should create extenders or some kind of option that allows the distance between bars to be made greater. This is useless to me, and it's coming down.
