(More customer reviews)I bought this because of the color and price, but I hate the hose. It is too short, and my arm gets caught up in it sometimes when I'm putting it back on the bracket. (Granted, we have it mounted high on a rainshower head.) Also, the hose doesn't twist (it's one vinyl piece, like a garden hose), so the head is always pointing slightly in the wrong direction. I have to hold it with my thumb while I'm using it to get my hair wet.
I've already ordered a Delta Faucet Faucet 75520RB Five-Spray Hand Shower, Venetian Bronze to replace this one. We had the Delta before, but my husband broke the hose trying to remove the flow regulator. (I hate those things.) The Delta is really nice with a reticulated hose that is longer and a bigger head.
