(More customer reviews)The Culligan 2650 was easy to install; I installed it within 20 minutes, provided the hole on my sink was already there for the faucet. The instructions walked me through everything, even have detailed instructions via pictures for the lazy reader. Comes with an ergonomic long reach faucet. The new design on the lead free faucet looks almost like the ones they have in Lowe's for $50. Filter unit warnes user with audible beeps and LED lights to indicate when filter needs changing (uses a 9V battery, included). So far, this is the only unit that I know that removes MTBE's, VOC's, and more at a low cost of $32 per filter cartridge replacement set (500 gallon filter life, Pentek brand name at filterpros.com). I avoided Lowe's and Home Depot water filters b/c they use proprietary filters, forcing consumer to buy expensive filter cartridges. All other pressure fed water filters I know use $40+ filter cartridges (i.e. Aquasana). I switched to the under sink filter b/c my Pur faucet head filter keeps leaking, and I got sick of replacing them after the third time. I get filtered water at less than [标签:Content].07/gal, and I get great tasting water in an instant; it fits my needs perfectly.

The instructions included a tape measure to ensure correct placement, the installation was a breeze, and just like the toilet paper holder, the bracket mounting and the small screw, that will require an eyeglass or such flathead to untighten and tighten. Per previous review, the bar pivots up to install the roll. This is fine in concept but just OK in execution/engineering. It results in a larger than expected gap and visibility of a bit of (gray colored) plastic where the bar pivots and lands on the wall mount(s). There isn't an obvious way to 'correct' or adjust this. It bothered me more when I installed and I tried to 'correct' it. I finally just said 'good enough'. My guess is no one will 'notice' this where it is installed.
(Because it is part of an attractive set) I might still buy again, but this quirk is annoying until you accept that it is just a toilet paper holder.

(More customer reviews)Bought this facet from Amazon. There are limited options for a inexpensive widespread faucet, so I snapped this one up. It is inexpensive because it does NOT include a drain assembly. In other words, there is no "stopper" or drain pipe included in this faucet and no where on the Amazon page does i explain that.
Going to other plumbing sites (after it was taken out of the box and installed by my plumber) I saw that most of these sites DO explain this deficiency. In addition to lacking a drain assembly, the clean lines of the faucet spout are not tarnished by a hole to run a drain lifter in. You know, the thing that you pull up to close the drain and push it down. What is doubly infuriating is that in the instruction book for this faucet, it says that the Kohler 1037023 drain assembly is compatible with this faucet. Unfortunately, this drain has a pull handle that has no where to go. I ended up having to order a drain assembly with a stopper you lift by hand.
On the plus side, the faucet does have very clean, modern lines and looks good. Now that everything is installed it looks and works fine.

(More customer reviews)We installed this as a replacement for a Pur faucet filter, which we had grown to dislike because it leaked from many places and went through filters quickly. This faucet is very attractive, and the water it filters is delicious. It filters faster than a Pur faucet filter, and the filters last 6 months and aren't expensive to replace (about $25 each). The one thing I dislike about the faucet is that after you turn it off, it trickles for about three seconds. I called a plumber to fix this, and he said all gooseneck faucets do that - the remaining water in the faucet has to drain out, and it can't be fixed. I only wish I had known this before installation; I would have put it on the "wet" side of my double sink where the disposal is rather than the dry side. Live and learn

(More customer reviews)The photos of the Forte sculpted towel bars look very nice but we got some 24" and 30" ones for our new master bathroom and they all have problems with the connection between the main section of the rod and the end pieces. None of them have the nice continuous smooth curve you see in the photos. They all have little gaps at the joints that I expect to snag things like terry towels. Maybe it's how our contractor did the installation, but one is even bent a little at one end (they're going to replace it). I haven't used these as towel rods yet, if they snag as much as I expect then I'll be looking for a replacement fairly soon.
