(More customer reviews)We had problems with this.. our plumber installed it, and it leaked from the area of the set screw. Called Kohler - they sent us a new one. We had a different plumber install it. This had the same problem. Had him talk to Kohler, and he couldn't get it to work.. so we scrapped the idea. Too bad because it looks gorgeous when filling the tub
