(More customer reviews)Be careful for what you're buying! I bought this (not from Amazon)about 4 months ago. It looks very nice and appealing and has 2 controls. One for water flow and the other for temperature. My plumber put it in and it worked since, however for some unknown reason the we lost pressure for hot water and it's now almost zero. The plumber checked it out (and of course charged me for it) and he believes that the entire valves needs to be changed. I've been trying to call the company and get the part(s) or replaced but I don't get to talk to anyone. Each time it's either VM or I just hear "goodbye". Last I tried was on the morning of 4/3/09. Even if I'm lucky to get it replaced how much will it cost me to change a valve? Remove tiles, etc. If you really like how it looks, then I would suggest calling the company first (good luck) and see what kind of support they'll provide after purchase.
