We spent quite some time going to hardware stores, plumbing supply shops, etc., figuring that we would have a hard time finding one of these "fancy" faucets. After no luck, we were happy to discover them available online. This actually seems to be a pretty common design, implemented by various manufacturers at different price points. We ordered from Amazon because we have become addicted to the great customer service.
