(More customer reviews)I'm no plumber but this replacement faucet was surprisingly easy to install. I'm a 68 yr old do-it-yourself female who doesn't give up easily on projects. I installed this by myself and the only time I needed help was I needed someone to hold the faucet in place over the hole while I tightened the nut from underneath the sink. One problem with the product is the cover plate on the faucet handle has a tendency to fall off. I tried several times to put it back on, always listening for it to "snap" in place. Still it comes loose and falls off. So I have to be careful not to apply too much side pressure when turning on the valve. I also like the tallness of the faucet, as my old one (which was leaking-- no replacement parts) was a lot shorter. This new style works well with positive shut-off, although turning the handle is a bit stiff. That may loosen some with use. This is an excellent product that I would recommend for anyone who is handy with home projects.
