(More customer reviews)I love the looks, but it took a plumber a lot longer to install. The rain shower works OK, but the handshower also has zero trickle of flow, as someone else mentioned. Called the company and they said they would send a new diverter. The plumber checked it all out and said that could be the only possible cause. It also water hammers loudly when you switch between the two. I'm giving it two more weeks to receive the new part--don't know why it is taking 6 weeks to receive (may just be stall tactics). It will be going back if the replacement part doesn't fix the problem. Only reason it hasn't come down and gone back already is the cost of the plumber already spent--won't be getting that back!

(More customer reviews)This item cost $75 but I would be surprised if it cost more than $5 to manufacture. It's the cheapest piece of junk I've laid eyes on in a long time. You had better use plenty of Teflon tape or it will leak at every cheap plastic joint. Beware of cross-threading the cheap plastic threads. Use too much force and you will break the cheap plastic components. I gave it one star because the guide rail is metal but the rest of it is one big disappointment (what a rip-off). Everything else that I have purchased from Amazon has been great and their customer service is the best. This item had no reviews and I took a chance and I got burned.

TOO MUCH OF IT WAS PLASTIC. SPECIFICALLY THE SLIDE BAR WAS PLASTIC & IT WAS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.
FOR THE PRICE I WAS EXPECTING A METAL SLIDE BAR ASSEMBLY THAT WOULD BE STRONG & SAFE FOR THE APPLICATION. THE HAND HELD SHOWER HEAD IS PLASTIC TOO, BUT THAT IS TO BE EXPECTED. THE ENTIRE SYSTEM IS PRETTY & LOOKS GREAT IN MY NEW TILED SHOWER. I JUST WISHED THEY HAD NOT BEEN SO CHEAP & SUPPLIED A METAL SLIDE BAR.

(More customer reviews)I was horrified when our contractor installed this (and the tub spout) and I realized the top and bottom pieces of the slide bar, and the slider, and the entire tub spout were PLASTIC (in the oil-rubbed bronze finish - I don't know if the same is true of the other finishes). Not only that, but a single screw mounts each end of the bar and ours was very wobbly. I couldn't live with it and we've replaced it with Moen (all metal).

(More customer reviews)This ell is a nice, solid, heavy fixture. I don't have a Moen hand-held shower head, but I was able to use this ell anyway. I think for the most part the sizes are fairly standard.
It gives a nice finished look to the water supply where the hand-held shower head hose connects to the shower wall.
The only downside is the price, but for the look it's worth it.

I bought a Delta faucet/ valve handle to operate the water flow and replaced the standard Delta showerhead with this shower system. This is a quality product looks and feel-wise (as it should be for close to $200). I have only had it installed in my completely remodeled bathroom for 1 month but both shower heads function really well individually as well as when they are both on together - there is no dip in shower pressure at all. I love it and highly recommend this! The only con is PP does not provide the metal flange so I had to source one separately - that took one star away for PP being cheap but they came through for every other part.

For a total bathroom remodeling project, I used the following Danze Sirius brushed nickel components: D464602BN Multi-Function Personal Shower, D461160BN 6" Sunflower Showerhead, D481144BN 15-Inch Shower Arm, D113000BT Single Control Pressure Balance Mixing Valve with diverter, D500444BNT Trim Kit For Valve, D446136BN Paper Holder, D446133BN 24-Inch Double Towel Bar,D446131BN, 18-Inch Towel Bar, D497440BN Side Mount Tank Lever, and D221544BN Single Handle Lavatory faucet. All of these products were promptly shipped by Amazon.
The Danze web site gave a lot of useful pre-purchase information (e.g., PDFs of installation instructions and product specifications). It also showed a range of plumbing schemes for shower installations ---- since I was planning to have just a Personal Shower plus a single overhead shower head, the Danze site indicated that these two components could be controlled via a simple control mixing valve that included a diverter (i.e., a control valve that would normally be used for a bathtub/shower combination). This certainly simplified the plumbing!
The D221544BN Single Handle Lavatory faucet uses a single lever handle to control the water flow and temperature. In place of a control rod for the hand basin stopper, the Danze stopper is spring-loaded and seals via a simple push down ---- a second push then releases the stopper.

(More customer reviews)My husband and I purchased the Ashfield Tub and Shower Faucet for the master bathroom in the (currently in progress) addition to our house. The set is beautiful, but the construction is shabby. The handle wobbles! We were very disappointed and would have returned it and started looking again... but the plumber either took the box/literature or threw it out. We can only hope that the sink faucets turn out better, since we're now stuck with them if we want a matching set. This wasn't worth the price (we paid about $200)- if you can get it discounted, great, but beware. Incidentally, after we learned about the problem, we tried the display in the nearby box store and it had the same issue, which leads me to believe that this is not an isolated flaw.

(More customer reviews)It is incredibly difficult to find nice looking, affordable, decent quality two-handled bathroom shower faucets. I have an old house with a tiled bathtub and didn't want the hassle of trying to upgrade to a single handle model. This set is very nice - heavy handles (not that cheap painted plastic stuff you find at your local hardware superstore) and great looking.
There was a defect in the mixing valve that caused the shower head to be constantly flowing (making for a very rainy bath). But, Bob's Faucets was absolutely amazing in handling the issue and immediately sending me a new valve. I was really impressed with their customer service- they didn't hassle me and were pleasant to deal with even though it technically was an issue Olympia should resolve. I will definitely be purchasing more items from Bob's in the future!
