Seriously, they look nice, but no nicer than plenty of other toilets. And they work fine, just like plenty of others. But, the outrageous price aside, parts cannot be bought retail (not even at dealers/distributors), so add seven days and $15 for shipping - and it requires PROPRIETARY PARTS!
That's right. No walking into Home Depot and buying a flapper or a seat. That will be $90 for their equivalent of a flapper and $125 upwards for a seat, plus shipping.
And then the seat cannot be fit under some normal circumstances (non-replaceable/non-tightenable bolts worked loose over a decade or so!)
I just replaced my Porcher this afternoon with a perfectly good looking and well functioning standard toilet that uses standard parts at a reasonable price.
The Porcher I dumped unceremoniously into the garbage bin.
Literally!
