(More customer reviews)I installed one of these light-weight sinks in my daughter-in-law's kitchen a couple of years ago. She choose this one [partially] because the larger of the basins has more room than a typical 33" wide double sink. I.e., the left sink bottom is 22" across the diagonal, and nearly 10" deep, to hold large pans etc. It has held up well, showing little signs of wear; i.e., there are no evident scratches (as happens with some stainless steel sinks). She wanted a garbage disposal installed under each basin, which introduced no strength issue with the sink. In other words, the composite material used is pretty tough stuff; it is not shiny like fiberglass or porcelain sinks, having a sheen similar to egg-shells.
The installation clips, which hold it down to the counter top worked just fine and no special tools were needed. Before the sink is installed, however, it is rather fragile. While carrying the sink to the counter top hole, one corner lightly bumped against a doorway. To my horror, a large piece of the sink corner broke off. We were very lucky that the local supplier replaced it for free.
Although the photo shows a single hole for the faucet, there is a second "hole-to-be", molded in for a soap dispenser. It's located at the far rear and right. Most of that hole's perimeter has no material (on the sink bottom), so if you do it right, you can knock it out and wind up with a proper-sized hole. I laid the sink face down with that hole area supported by a 2" socket from a tool set. A light whack from a small hammer punched the hole center out. Again, be really careful when doing this, or else you could break the sink.
Once installed, there didn't seem to be a weakness issue and it still looks good after two years; hence the 4 star rating. However, one Amazon reviewer of a Blanco under-counter Anthracite sink said her sink cracked near the drain and had to be replaced, at great expense.

It excels with low water pressure, giving a fine sharp spray (that also generates a lot of steam, nice for warming up the shower on a cold morning). What I really love about it is that it comes apart easily with an allen wrench, allowing you to thoroughly clean it for reassembly--very important if you have a house with incredibly hard water. Try disassembling a complex sealed plastic showerhead! Easily worth the extremely low price.

I tried using the bracket that CAME WITH my waterpik showerhead, but the design of the waterpik bracket isn't designed to hold the flipside, and if i'm not very careful the flipside slides out of the holder. the first time this happened it hit me on the back causing a nasty bruise. i tried to buy a holder for the showerhead from kohler, but they don't (apparently) have any available. since i don't have anyplace to put the showerhead while i shampoo, soap, shave, et cetera, i'm still using the waterpik showerhead bracket, but i'm not happy with this precarious situation. if you could provide a solution to this problem i would be a very happy amazon shopper. sincerely, amanda mitchell

12-Setting Premium Shower Head in Chrome Review

(More customer reviews)This showerhead works well, adjusts easily and has sufficient pivoting to allow for usage in a tub / shower unit. It states there are 12 settings, and this is true. There are 2 control levers, one for high / low pressure and one that has six spray settings so at each setting there is a high / low. The difference is noticable but, in most settings, is useful only as a water reudcer and does not really provide an additional spary conditon. The settings on the spray adjustment are very close together and as such, it is easy to skip over one. The settings as indicated from Waterpik are as follows:
*High/Low Full Body Coverage
*High/Low Pulsating Massage
*High/Low Concentrated Center Spray
*High/Low Full Body / Center Spray Combination
*High/Low Full Body / Massage Combination
*High/Low Misting
The full body coverage is a full spray with a wide dispersion which leaves a "hole" in the center that is pretty large.
The pulsating massage is nice on high pressure, but of no real value on low unless you have a very sensative area.
The Concentrated center spray is " concentrated" and a good strong spary but, the dispersion angle is wide and as such, you get little effect on your lower body and virtually none on your legs.
The full body / center spray is the full body above an added drizzle in the center. On high pressure, the center is still low pressure and really has no effect and the coverage area is no more useful than the plain center spray unless you are rinsing your hair or face.
The full body / massage is as the above. The center massage is weak and not really useful in this setting.
The misting is one of the best features. On high it is strong and full but,not stinging which was the case on the one I previously had. The low pressure mist is very gentle and delicate. On a hot day, getting into the shower and setting it on mist is really comforting and cooling. You will also notice a significant drop in the water temperature when you set it on mist. If you turn up the hot water for this setting, you need to be careful to turn it back down before you switch back to a regular spray.

(More customer reviews)I've retrofitted every place I've lived for the past 12 years with this shower head. Yes, I'm glad that they save water, but the main reason I like these shower heads is that they deliver an incredible amount of water pressure and make for an excellent shower.
As others have said, the water comes out as a powerful, but fine mist rather than multiple streams. Some people with extremely hard water have said that the holes start to clog after a time, but I've never had a problem with mine even with moderately hard water. You can always replace the head fairly cheaply, but you can also easily clean it by soaking the head in a little CLR or Limeaway in order to eat away the scale.
I can't recommend this highly enough. It's a product with improved performance that just happens to be environmentally friendly. If you're stuck trying to find a stocking stuffer, this is a quirky but useful choice!

I change the filter about every 3-4 months even though it states that you can change it less often. The head and the replacement filters are available at some Home Depots. They are about the same price everywhere from what I can see. If you order it on Amazon, sometimes you can save the shipping and tax which is a plus.
