(More customer reviews)We built our new home 5 years ago and installed Danze brand plumbing fixtures at the recommendation of our contractor's plumber. The soft touch personal shower (wand) on our Roman tub may have worked a month before failing. We have since replaced it three times, during which time the manufacturer changed the internal working design. (My first clue that there would be additional problems.) Of course, we have had to pay plumbers each time for their work to replace the faucet. And today it still doesn't work. Danze, pretty faucets, they just don't work. We have also had problems with the standard shower fixture in our guest bathroom numerous times. (also Danze) Their customer service department has always been kind. But their product is simply inferior.
