Plumbersurplus listed it as in stock however once the order was placed we were told that it would be three weeks and was on backorder. I am not happy with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.

(More customer reviews)I received this faucet quickly and it was well packaged in what appeared to be in new condition. The brushed nickel finish is high quality and the faucet itself and the contained assembly parts are well made. The installation instructions were clear and it was easy to install in my new single hole Kohler sink.
I am a bit disappointed by several things for a $180 Price Pfister quality faucet:
-the handle seems loose, easy to move around with a slight brush, other ceramic disc faucets I have are just-right friction mechanism.

-the water pressure is low, seems like the water-saver feature is not the aeration type that reduces water consumption without sacrificing pressure.

-the threaded mounting rod is slightly off-center. I did not use the mounting plate because I have a single hole sink. The faucet base cannot be centered over the mounting hole, leaving a very slight gap that I had to seal with a bead of silicone sealant.

-the enclosed drain stopper is made with very light weight plastic with a thin rubber washer, so it will not hold a basin of water without leaking out the drain. I tried both recommended methods of drain mounting with similar results.
-water keeps dripping out after shut-off. Again, other ceramic disc faucets I own will immediately stop the water flow when the handle is closed. This one drips for a second or two before totally shutting off.
I am not returning this faucet because I like its style and the quality of its finish. I can live with the limitations. Plus the hassle of disassembly and living without a usable sink in the bathroom for awhile is not worth the trouble.

(More customer reviews)From a design standpoint, this gets a full 5-stars! I couldn't stand how close to the edge our old faucet was; this new one (which we picked up from our local HD, not Amazon) is spectacular. It's much easier to access the running water with this faucet's design. You aren't hitting the sink edge as you wash your hands with this faucet!
I did have to take away a star. For some reason, it just seems really overly loud. Especially in the middle range, the faucet roars as loudly as any other faucet does at full-on.
Also, I had originally bought two of these, one for each of my bathrooms; however, one sink had the center hole smaller than the rest, so I was unable to get the pipe fittings through (since this is really a single-hole design that can cover up the extra side holes). I had to return it.
