Even with the parts no., Danze sent the wrong parts twice before finally sending the new handshower 4 weeks later. The price was right, so if you're willing to put up with some hassle, and you're not in a hurry,it's probably worth it.

(More customer reviews)I purchased two of these for the master bath of my home and wow, what a big improvement in look from my old gold plated fixtures. I'm very happy with the look of these and overall they were easy to install. I had no problem on the install, I'm somewhat handy around the house, not an expert by any means, but not a beginner either. I typically am not a big fan of installing plumbing myself, but this was not too bad.
My big concern is keeping these fixtures clean over time. Because they are a stainless steel finish they show every finger print, smudge, and water mark, and if not cared for properly they will quickly turn ugly. I'm concerned that overtime without daily wipe downs, they will start to look ugly.

I have installed many faucets over the years, and this Danze is difficult to keep properly positioned while tightening into place. Clearly much easier to do with two people. Also, the included drain had to be re-installed on both sinks where we used this faucet - the included rubber gasket is ridged so that it leaks - as such, on re-installation, we coated the outside of the gasket with silicon, to eliminate the leaks - then it worked fine. Other than that, no issues or complaints. Would buy again, but installition requires strong handiman or professional skills.
