(More customer reviews)Purchased two of these pop-up drains in March and installed them in July. They both worked well when first installed, however, one failed after 4 months use and it is the one that gets the most use.
It started sticking when pushed down to drain and then started hanging to a point where it had to be pried up to open. Then it started sticking when closing. Upon removal no foriegn material was found to cause the problem.
Because the price is so much less than almost any other I can find, I just ordered a new one. If the remaining original or the new one fails soon, I will purchase a pair from another manufacturer.
All the sink and tub components in our home are from different manufacturers mainly because of availability or price. The finishes are all supposed to be oil rubbed bronze. None of them match perfectly, however, it would be very difficult to see the difference under normal circumstances.
