(More customer reviews)My wife wanted a handheld shower. I wanted a rainshower head. We ordered this one as a compromise...turns out it wasn't a compromise at all, we both love it. The water pressure is perfect - not too wimpy and not too strong, it is just right actually. The 6" head is a great size as well, nice coverage. Also looks modern and beautiful, which is a nice bonus.

Installation was relatively painless and these pieces all connected easily to our existing arm.

(More customer reviews)When I received this item I was disappointed. It says it's steel optic (which matches my kitchen faucet). However the dispenser is made of hard plastic and is suppose to be steel in color (which doesn't even match my hansgroghe faucet). In addition the plastic soap cracked and leaked soap everywhere under the sink. I'm upset that this product is so CHEAPLY MADE. For this price and company you'd expect a metal dispenser and a well made soap bottle. Don't waste your money on this product... and certainly don't buy it with seeing it first. shame on Hansgroghe!
