This Peerless faucet is a mid-priced unit. It is not their top of the line, nor is it the most inexpensive. I bought it for a downstairs bathroom sink.
The price on this item is very competitive with a local merchant. The faucet comes carefully wrapped in three bags. It requires a "monkey-wrench" to install, as well as some silicone sealer (not supplied). The faucet is "brushed" nickel and looks great. Installed, it operates smoothly with no leaks or problems. It was quite easy to install. What I really appreciated was the detailed instructions on the installation! Many manufacturers supply scanty, sometimes unclear instructions, or instructions that leave out a step; not so with this Peerless product. It even has instructions on how to remove the previous faucet!
I am totally satisfied with this product and recommend it to others for appearance, functionality, and ease of installation.
