(More customer reviews)This is a well made product that comes with template to help with the installation. The item comes with screws and accessories to install into hollow sheet rock wall, tile, or into one that might have a stud.
I bought three sets of these for our bathrooms (towel bars, rob hooks, and paper holder) all were very easy to install and came with needed hardware. The only issue was that all 3 paper holders had ever slight tilt to the pivot part. (hard to explain) In short this creates a ever so small gap that is truly unnoticeable unless you know what you're looking for.
