(More customer reviews)I recently renovated my bathroom and added this fixture to my newly tiled shower. It has the high-end look that I had in mind and the quality to match. I am very pleased with the way it has accented the tumbled travertine I used in the shower. the fixture itself was very easy to install. Likely made easier since I was working with totally exposed pipes in an open wall. I cannot review its luxurious qualities while in use as I am still waiting on my sealant to dry, and thus cannot turn on the water. Everything seems to be in working order though and I'm very excited to take it for a spin.
Regarding the shipper: My package arrived ahead of schedule by a day and in perfect condition. They seem to be very concerned about customer satisfaction and I have no doubt that, should a problem arise, they would be quick to remedy it.
