(More customer reviews)I ordered two of these items to replace my track housing chrome delta fixtures. I opened the first box, great. It went on, everything was fine. I opened the second box... it said they were both new but the second item (given they were suppose to be the same items) appeared used and the fitting on the tub faucet did not match: 1.) a normal fitting 2.) the other identical product 3.) what it says on the delta website.
I ordered a replacement part after leaving a message with the company. The second part arrived quickly but with the same problem. I called customer service two more times and left messaged saying they appeared used and i would be forced to return the items. No reply, no email, horrid customer service.
Delta is fine, just order from a reputable dealer. It is too bad amazon doesn't screen!!
