(More customer reviews)We bought this double bar for our master bath to go with our faucet and other towel/paper holders from the Ashfield line. Looks great, and I love the efficiency of the double bar. However, we have now gone through three that have broken and had to be replaced in less than 6 months. The first two were damaged upon receipt/in shipment (the second a replacement for the first and damaged as well) and the other just fell apart as I slipped a towel off of it the other day. It's the "knobs" that stick out from the mounted ends that hold the bars between them that just don't seem to be attached well enough. Amazon customer service was great in replacing the damaged in shipment ones, but I have yet to see how it goes with this one that has hung for a few months. Like I said, love the bar, but wish it held up better - especially considering the price and expected quality.

The new counter top was thicker than the faucet would allowed for (thread & bolt) - we had to "chip" away at the underside of the counter top to secure the faucet pieces.
