(More customer reviews)Poor quality. After a few years use, the shower head started leaking from the seam. Prior to that, the sheath on the hose came disconnected. Called the company customer service, they were less than sympathetic, in fact, they were down right mean about it in the conversation (like telling them about the leak was a personal offense to the "customer service" rep), won't replace. Consider Delta, have had good results with their product in a faucet in kitchen.
