(More customer reviews)I found the product to be within the expectation of Kohler products. Packaging, documentation, fit, finish and look of the product was well done. I was dissapointed that the product as described online was a bit confusing as to included parts. I bought the Kohler pressure balancing valve, only to find out that the shower trim kit came with one. I never found a description on the Kohler website or Amazon's that it inlcuded one and now have to deal with a return. I also found that while the handle is solid metal, the cone attached to it is plastic. The finish is dead-on and only under close inspection do you notice that it not metal. I expect this was done to keep the cost down on fabricating a brush-metal cone piece. Overall , very satisfied. Or more importantly - the wife is satisfied.
