(More customer reviews)When we first got this lever and read the instructions, it all seemed easy enough. We are very proficient at house repairs and handy work, but this thing is a pain in the behind!!! We are still trying to get it to sit fully horizonal while in the resting position....meaning when not being flushed. It sticks up in the air on a diagonal, and then can be pulled down to horizontal when flsuhed?!? ahhhhh!!! So there is a phone number to call, which we did, and the man said that he didn't have a clue??! WHAT??? So now my hubbie rigging it to no avail, and we will have return & get a REAL one from Home Depot! Not worth the frustration at all
