(More customer reviews)My bathroom fixtures all belong to the Kohler Memoirs Stately collection. Since, my bathroom is small - I needed a combo towel bar/shelf to make everything fit together. The problem is that Kohler does not make a combo shelf in the Memoirs series. After doing some research online I found this American Standard combo shelf on amazon. The Town Square was a perfect match to the Memoirs Stately fixtures. The quality is the same(if not better) than the Kohler fixtures and I am extremely happy with my purchase!

(More customer reviews)This is a nice Fixture and was easy to install on my acrylic whirlpool bath that is front center mounted. I would recommend this item, but there is a problem with the way the spout attaches to the adapter. Basically you put this nice brass adapter on the brass tube coming out of your tub which is fasten flush with the tub basin with a Allen type of screw. The adapter has a recessed notch in it that will be used to line up the spout and secure with another Allen screw. So when you put the spout on there is an echelon with a half cut circle in it so you can get to the fastening Allen screw. Well all goes smoothly until you notice that the echelon resting on the adapter is very loose and can easily spin around. When walking up to the tub you immediately notice that there is an Allen screw visible and should have had some plug like my old meon unit had. Also the notch in the echelon will never line up with the Allen screw since it can spin easily and be anywhere in the 360 degree circle. They should have put a plug in so it would cover up the screw and also stop the echelon from spinning. I called American Standard and they agreed I installed it correctly, but they suggested I get a washer locally to put pressure between the adapter and echelon . I asked if they had that adapter for me and they told me no and it was my problem. Although I have been very happy with AS support in the past, this was a disappointing response. So if you don't mind a spinning echelon you will love this and if that bothers you then I wouldn't buy this unit.

I had purchased a bathtub hardware set (somewhere else) that contained everything--handles, shower head, and faucet. While the first two components are beautiful and looked great, the tub spout in the set looked/felt very thin/cheap. I'm into details and that detail was ruining the look of our new elegant bathtub. I saw the American Standard tub spout on Amazon and thought it was so beautiful. My next thought was 'wow, $50 for just a faucet!' but ordered it anyway. This piece is so worth the price--not overpriced at all considering what I got. It is well constructed (heavy in weight), shines brightly, and looks so good.

What is good:
- The looks - simply superb; goes with any decor.
Mine was glass and chrome - and hence this was a no brainer
Unlike other made-in-China units, the handles are elegant as are the sumbols on the panels
- The water flow. Simply love the flow from the rain shower head
- The hand-held shower massage unit. Nice, stylish, strong yet lightweight, many settings, high waterflow if required - long hose
- The body sprays - finally a shower panel where the body sprays work!!
Love the mist setting... the massage setting is pretty good as well
- Has a tub spout; few shower panels have that!
- The entire unit is actually quite light, but where it matters - the valves, hoses, are heavy, durable construction
- It was a breeze to mount
- Love the separate holder for hanging the hand-held
- Customer Service:
- One of the body spray units was broken when the unit arrived.
I called their customer service, and they were prompt and courteous.
Drove down to Watsonville - and they replaced it free of charge and even gave me a few extra filters :)
What is bad:
- The body sprays are made from very light plastic; so be careful when mounting the unit
- There is not much room between the body sprays and the handles of the main valve - so it is difficult to wipe down (if you live in a hard water area - that is a must)
- I did not care too much for the mirror and the glass shelf. Albeit useful, I am sure the unit would have been more elgant without them

Costs more but quality and appearance are vastly superior, even if this had been ORB.

(More customer reviews)I got this cover for my American Standard Champion 4 Elongated Toilet. It fits fine and works well but a major issue is the plastic lid is on the soft side. If you plan on sitting on the thrown with the lid closed, think again. If like me, after you shower/bathe you like to put your foot on the closed lit to towel off your leg. look somewhere else. It's just too soft to support any weight. I also find the seat part oddly shaped and uncomfortable. It even makes a slight snap noise when it finally closes unlike a Toto unit that was totally silent. Disappointing and expensive.

(More customer reviews)I recently purchased a Speakman shower head at a local retailer and, while in the store, wondered why anyone in their right mind would pay $30 for the matching shower arm. I came home and found this one on Amazon and was delighted with the price. Now I'm not a professional plumber but I have installed many shower heads and at least 3 shower arms that I can remember, and have never had a problem (yes, I know how to use teflon tape). After trying several times to install this one and having leaks -- at the wall and at the head -- each time, I broke down and spent the $30 at the store for the name brand one. Now I know why it cost $30 -- it doesn't leak (it also matches the head, which this one did not). And while I'm sure there's a happy medium where it doesn't cost so much and doesn't leak, this will be the last time I buy a Danze product.

If you want a gentler spray or some options, this may not be your item.

I was under the impression that it had more than one setting for spray, which it does claim on the product features, though I've only found one setting on it. You can't get any kind of pressure from it, or turn it off. It's well constructed, and easy to install, but if your looking for something more than just an extra stream of water from your body spray, you may want to keep looking.
