(More customer reviews)We installed this in 2009 and I loved the look (bought the matching sink faucet too and love it), but not sure about this type of shower head. Wow, how pleased we both are. It is soft, but enough power to get the shampoo and soap off easily. I find myself staying in longer, that's for sure! We did develop a problem with the tub spout diverter in that it began to get harder to get water to come out of the shower head. I called Price Pfister and they sent out a replacement part right away - lifetime warranty. Get many compliments on the set, especially the sink faucet - would definitely purchase again. We bought the set in Rustic Pewter.
