Has 3 settings--a soft rain-like shower, a harder heavier massage-like flow, and a strong fine-gauge stream. It manages to produce a very strong flow from even minimal water pressure, and it includes an accessible and cleanable filter to prevent clogs. I liked it so much, I bought another one for the other shower!
