(More customer reviews)We bought two of these faucets. One came without an aerator in the end of the spout so the water comes out like a garden hose. We have called Elements of Design and you can't buy the part from them, they won't give you any information on it, and they told me that their parts are not available through a distributor either. I would not buy anything from them again, even though I love the design and color of the faucet.
