(More customer reviews)I've had this faucet about a month - in the box - since November 7. I have been trying to find fittings to connect this faucet to the water supply. First I went to local plumbing suppliers. They don't have any parts that fit. Finally, I called the manufacturer. They were very nice and told me what part I needed and where I could get it. Well, I received the part in the mail yesterday and guess what? It doesn't fit. So, tomorrow I have to call the manufacturer again and find out what they are going to do about it. I'm tempted to send it all back but the faucet is actually beautiful. Unless you have a lot of time, don't buy this faucet.
By the way, the wrong water supply line that I was told to purchase cost $65.59. I'm sure the correct part costs more or less the same. Since this is a non-standard faucet, you will want to add the the cost of the supply line connection to the total cost of the faucet. It makes the price that much less appealing. If you decide to get it anyway, call the manufacturer and get the correct "double offset water supply line" water supply connector and order them at the same time. If they tell you it is part CC478, hang up and buy a different faucet. That part doesn't fit!
Also, the faucet is eligible for free shipping through Amazon Prime. The faucet connector is not eligible for Amazon Prime so add another $8.62 for shipping for the offset water supply connector.
