(More customer reviews)This valve's handle was hard to turn beginning with installation in 2008 during a home renovation. Even though it was hardly ever used (basement bathroom), it eventually became impossible to turn and then began to leak in 2010. Luckily I was able to access the in-wall leak from the unfinished wall behind the shower - this could have otherwise been a disaster. My plumber had warned me against Danze - I should have listened. Rather than paying to buy and replace the faulty cartridge, I am paying more to change out the valve to a basic Moen. This is the second failed Danze shower valve I've had.
