(More customer reviews)My mom had one of these on her sink for years and I loved it so I wanted one for my own house. She didn't have any issues with her. The water saving concept is awesome, but the one I received has a defective part. The "flipper" for the valve comes off. I can put it back on, only to have it fall off again, which is inconvenient, especially if it falls into the garbage disposal! I haven't returned it yet (I plan to in the next week or so), so I don't yet know how the return process will go or if I will get a replacement that has the same problem. If I can write another review down the road I most certainly will.
