(More customer reviews)A combination of the high arc, and a thin minimally-aereated stream of water means you will not be able to keep from splashing water all over the place. It is really, really bad. The hand spray unit also has a booby-trap waiting for you; the trigger is on the front and very easy to set off while you're trying to get it out of the hole. I got sprayed in the face and got water all over the walls and fridge.
My 20-year-old Moen faucet wasn't pretty, but it worked. I will have to go back to where I bought it and see if they'll either find a way to increase the areation, or take it back.
