(More customer reviews)The poor internal design of this product makes the installation much longer than other faucets I have installed. The plastic base plate in between the sink and the faucet did not fit well. The internal water tubes/pipes have to be bent quite a bit in order to fit a funny looking round steel plate so the faucet can be tightened to the bottom of the sink. The water tubes/pipes are soldered to the faucet and when you have to bend them quite a bit, there is a very likely hood that the force may weaken the solder and cause them to leak, if not now maybe later. I had to be very careful when bending them. The last thing you want to see is a leak after installatin. Then you have to take it apart and pack it and return it! In addition, the sink stopper is of ancient design!!! Takes much longer to install than modern design such as American Standard faucets I intalled in our other bathroom. It is still made of 3-piece metal links that were first made 40 years ago!
Had the internal design of this product is user friendly, I would rate this a 3 star. However, due to its poor internal design, I would not buy this brand again.
