(More customer reviews)This is a good looking faucet I upgraded from a cheaper builder grade brass faucet with a very low spout. This Kingston model works well and there are similar modes with all oil bronze handles instead of the porcelain. My wife and I like the way the spout is much higher than cheap faucets which are harder to get your hands under. My negative comments are regarding the poor quality instructions that come with the faucet.
Shame on the manufacturer for not updating the instructions when they updated the faucet. The faucet came with two large rubber washers that appear to eliminate the need for plumbers putty. Unfortunately they were not shown anywhere on the instructions. Plumbers putty along with silicone sealant is shown on the instructions in an unlabeled picture, presumably showing all required tools. Neither is referenced again in the instructions. The instructions fail to identify all of the parts in the kit by name. So one can't be sure if everything is there. Instructions talk about doing something with a part name without clearly identifying what that part is.
In short, they wrote instructions for a plumber who will not read the instructions instead of a homeowner replacing a faucet who may never have replaced a faucet before. That said, after I installed one, I ordered two more because they were a good value.

(More customer reviews)Bought two of these mainly for the color. It's so hard to find a quality bathroom faucet in gold. The unit feels solid and it's easy to install. The handles are a little wobbly but I imagine they can be tightened. Haven't tried that yet. My biggest complaint with this faucet is with the aerator. It sprays water and it does not come out in a steady stream. I tried removing the aerator and resetting it but it still sprays water. I'm going to try and contact Danze for a replacement aerator which I hope solves the problem. Other than that the product is good.

(More customer reviews)This is a very nice product for its intended use (albeit one that is rather similar to many others marketed elsewhere). However, please bear in mind a couple of subtleties that may not be obvious from the item description:
(1) The length of the hose is measured at its theoretically full extension. However, the hose never actually reaches this full extension because of elastic resistance (i.e. the very same "spring" effect which is the reason you presumably bought the hose) and torsion along the length of the hose as it is stretched. My experience is that you lose approximately 25% of the hose's length to these two effects. The only way to beat this is by making sure that the hose's rated length is that much LONGER than you need.
(2) Make sure that you have the appropriate adapter permitting you to attach the hose to your faucet. Designer faucets, faucets with hose attachments, imported faucets, and outdoor faucets all may have trouble working with this hose out of the box.

It was beautiful upon first glance, but on closer inspection I noticed multiple nicks and scrapes. I overlooked them and tried to have it installed. Well there were intregral parts missing and I got nothing but the run around from Best Choice Products. After a full week of "negotiations," I finally got the parts I needed and installed it. After a few months, I noticed the brushed nickel finish was starting to wear off and discolor. If I had it to do over again I would have never purchased this item. Needless to say I'm truly disappointed.

(More customer reviews)What we are looking at is an RV lavatory faucet with an exposed diverter on top for a shower hose. This type of application is typical in an RV wet bathroom situation where due to limited space, the shower, toilet and lavatory sink are all in the shower stall. Everything gets wet, therefore it is called a wet bathroom. The diverter handle and hose connections on top of this faucet are not sealed from the interior of the cosmetic chrome plastic housing. There is a 1/16" gap around the pipe for the hose and a 1/8" gap around the diverter handle. Water enters very easy from above and has no way to exit except through the faucet supply connection area in your dry void spaces in your RV where water must never be. The faucet has to go back to engineering to make a functional product. I don't know how the faucet got a UPC plumbing certification. It is a mold environment waiting to happen in areas not accessable. The product would create more problems than what it was worth. It wasn't worth sending it back for a partial refund. I ended up putting it in my useless parts pile and reworking the plumbing in the RV to accommodate a separate shower faucet and a lavatory faucet. Both are sealed from the dry side of the installation like they are supposed to be; just like your house.

I read some reviews before I purchased this item on Amazon, it's funny there were quite a few individuals who complained about water pressure so they rated the item very low. Note, the flow restrictor is located inside the end of the handle, if you lack good pressure or want more, don't listen to these idiots, take some needlenose pliers and pull the freak'n thing out, its not rocket science! As far as the settings go, the first setting is like a flood of watery goodness and the massage setting is like a fire hose, there really isn't any other useful settings. The hose is nice cause it's about a foot longer than the average, which is nice for cleaning your shower. With plumbers tape, the installation was simple and leakless! If your looking for a quality base model, Delta makes a very good product, I have no regrets except for reading bad reviews from people who couldn't operate a DVD player let alone a showerhead!
