(More customer reviews)I don't think this product is inexpensive and was shocked to receive it today. It comes in a plain white box without a single indication of who made it or where. The only writing on the box is FC-WRG01-TC and the word "chrome". There is a small booklet inside called "Installation Instruction" that has a single page dedicated to a cartoon of this faucet. The booklet also does not have a company name or country of origin listed on it.
I returned mine. It is pretty amazing to get something like this from Amazon and not know anything about it - what material is it really made from? Is it really lead free? Who made it? Where? How do I contact them? What if it fails? What if it damages my home?
The item description says it comes with a "5 year manufacturer's warranty" - but what sort of warranty is that if you don't know who manufactured it?
