(More customer reviews)We purchased this faucet as part of a remodel in August of '07. We were looking for a quality faucet that was an alternative to some of the bigger names brands out there (Kohler, Grohe, etc.) but also something not from a big box store since we know that they are usually of inferior quality.
This faucet has been very solid during it's use in our main bathroom of our house. The turning of the knobs has remained smooth throughout the past 2+ years. The prior reviewer may have gotten a lemon and I encourage them to install the replacement that was sent to them. The finish on ours doesn't even have a scratch on it. On a similar note, Danze customer service is excellent. We had a minor issue with out kitchen faucet where the disk wasn't sitting properly and they sent us an entire head. Our pot filler faucet was damaged when our pipes froze and the unit literally blew off the wall and when I called to get a replacement piece, they shipped it out to us free of charge.

(More customer reviews)I received my sink/faucet combo today. I was pleased with the prompt shipping despite the weather issues. So, first I'd like to say the sink is heavy thick glass, faucet is heavy and feels sturdy. Now, the glasswork itself is poorly crafted. There are slight chips along the edge where it seems the paint was poorly applied during the making process. I read previously that the exterior of the sink looked like children painted it...so I expected the outside to look as it does, thankfully it doesn't show very well. Now all this being said, I haven't installed them so there could be a follow up review! If they work poorly, I will definitely send them back. But....you get what you pay for...and since I needed two vessel sinks, these were in my price range.

(More customer reviews)I got this faucet from Amazon when it was 85 dollars, and yes I was skeptical about its quality. However, the item amazed me! It is not only carefully packaged (like a gift box really) but also delicate and well-constructed in every detail. I have not yet installed the faucet though so I cannot comment on its performance.
The only complaint I have so far is that the item price jumped back to 343 when I want to order another one...

It never drips, the flow is great and the water saving filter is not really noticeable except when filling a sink. (which I don't do very often)It does not spot much, either.
