(More customer reviews)From the time I ordered the handles for an outdated faucet to completion of the job, over 3 months passed.
I thought I was ordering the American Standard Amarylis faucet handles from a store called "e-faucets". The order came from an unnamed location via Amazon. It took numerous telephone calls and wrong parts sent to finally complete the order.
The folks at American Standard were very accomodating, but didn't know what to supply to me until I mailed them a picture of the handle with an arrow pointing to the missing part. While I had told them the missing parts functioned to join the handle to the sink, they did not come up with th proper name (Escutcheon ring) until I sent them the picture.
Then, at long last the plumber was able to properly install the handles.
I have to say that not knowing from whom the handles originally came was a big disservice.

They look ok when they are just cleaned but look terrible when they get a few water splashes on them-which means every time you use it, you need to clean it. We got a California (brand) Faucet for our downstairs bathroom and now I wish I had spent the extra money to get that brand for the master--the California faucet looks great all of the time.

(More customer reviews)The plumbers put the rough-in toilet flange too close to the wall for a normal size toilet. It was in a concrete floor. The 10" rough-in toilet was perfect for this application as I only had 9.5" from the center of the toilet flange/drain to the back wall. The actual bowl is a normal size. the tank is small and is actually lower profiled and looks nicer than a normal size bowl. It does not come with a toilet seat. It did come with mounting bolts and the plastic snap on bolt covers.
I am very satisfied with this product. It came packaged to survive a fall from a 2nd floor window.

Based on the reviews I read, I was a little concern about the ability of changing functions, the concerns were unfounded. It easily moved when I took it out of the box and just as easy after it was installed. In fact, I have fun playing with the different functions, all are great. I fell like I have full coverage and rinsing off is a breeze. One function is almost like standing under a hose and letting the water drain off me. Installation was easy and looks great. The only way to make a more perfect shower is showerwing with someone you love. You will not be dissapointed, I purchased the Chrome finish so it was a real deal.

As you can see in the sample picture, this one looks very simple. However, it definitely added some nice touch to our new bathroom. The only downside is its rather high price, but I wouldn't be replacing this one for a long time.

(More customer reviews)First, I can't believe I bought a bathtub at Amazon. I live in a large metropolitan area and there are plenty of places to buy them, including Home Depot and Lowe's. But I was looking for a deeper tub for soaking and no store had one in the showroom...it would have to be ordered anyway. I took a chance and I'm glad I did.
This is a no bells and whistles tub with no decoration on the skirt, exactly what I wanted for my vintage bathroom. It's clean design will work in any decor, from old to contemporary.
I was concerned about the material. Plastic??? As it turns out, it's solid and mimics the appearance of traditional tub material. Acrylic holds the heat of the water much better than the old tub. The corners are deep and can accommodate many shampoo and shower products.
Best of all is the depth. When I want a soak I can have one.
Amazon shipped the tub for free and it arrived in perfect condition.
